10 Best Foods for Your Skin

Is your skin not lookin so great? During the winter times, our skin can get really dry, or we can experience more breakouts then we normally do. Here are some of the top foods to eat during your bad days:

10. Chocolate - The sweeter the better! ;) Cocoa hydrates your skin which makes it look healthier and fuller! Just a couple of these bad boys and you're set!







9. Yogurt - Prevent dem wrinkles! Yogurt contains protein that helps you get firmer skin. Greek yogurt tends to be more beneficial then regular yogurts because the protein a double the regular amount! Eating a single serving a day is enough to keep the wrinkles away!
                                        




8. Pomegranates - Powering Pompoms! Pomegranates contain Polyphenol antioxidants that help regulate blood flow and moisturize your skin!  









7. Walnuts - Get on them nuts! Walnuts contain Omega-3, copper, and minerals that boost collagen production! A couple of nuts a day and it'll improve your skin's elasticity :)
